Hello, this is the third episode of the Business Trip Meal Podcast. We will be listening to an interview I did to my dear colleague Francesco who is a sales representative for an international chemical company. Francesco was born in Venice, he lives in Milan and covers the customer porfolio of the north of Italy. We visit customers quite often together and its always a pleasure to share dinner with Francesco.

Before dinner we had a glass of wine at the bar of the restaurant Enoteca La Fenice
It was possible to taste some delicacies
As a starter I had a nice Affetato Missto
My main dish was a Tagliatta with Ruccola salad and Parmiggiano
Austrian dessert, Sacher Torte.
The coffee machine at the hotel had the menu both in english and italian
Later at the airport there was several places to eat and enjoy a selection of pizza
At the wine store you could find high end wines with high end prices
